Westbrook House, Folkestone

A new build 110 bedroom care home providing high quality nursing care, specialist dementia care and residential care for the local area. CMC were appointed to undertake the commercial management following the client’s acquisition of the site. After securing the land, CMC worked closely with the client’s design team to develop the optimum solution for the site, and then tendered the project to a main contractor. We commercially managed the project through construction including assisting with the replacement of the main contractor part way through the build due to the demise of the original contractor. The project is now complete and fully operational.
