New build 117 Unit residential project. Once completed it will provide a mix of high quality one, two and three bedroom apartments for the private sale market. CMC were appointed to undertake the commercial management during the client’s acquisition of the site. After securing the land, CMC worked closely with the client’s design team to develop help develop the design. We are currently preparing the tender documents and anticipate commencing construction in June this year with completion early 2019.
