CMC were appointed to undertake the Quantity Surveying services on a large two storey extension, full re-model and renovation to a 5 bed luxurious residential property. The works comprised of creating an open plan kitchen and living space, as well as a spectacular vaulted dining area at the centre of the property overlooking the neighbouring golf course. CMC assisted the client in carrying out a competitive tender process, appointment of the main contractor and ongoing commercial services through to the successful completion of the project.
