New build mixed use development including 366 high quality apartments, 1500m2 of commercial space, 36 private moorings, and 393 underground parking spaces. Once completed it will provide a very high quality residential lead development, but in addition it will provide another key destination for locals and visitors to Poole. CMC have been appointed to provide commercial advise throughout the planning stage in addition to assisting the client with the overall project management of the development. The client is looking to achieve planning by the end of 2017 and will then commence the development as soon as possible once the existing timber yard has been relocated to new premises.
