Solera House, Bracknell

CAT B refurbishment and re-model to a commercial property in Bracknell. The project included creating circa 80,000sqft of open plan office space including the complete strip out of all internal walls and floors and subsequent re-build and high-end bespoke fit-out of new office space. CMC were appointed to undertake the commercial management of the project including negotiating the contract terms and commercially managing the onsite works.
