Super prime residential refurbishment of a 4 bed apartment within the iconic Candy & Candy development. This project comprises the re-modelling of the internal layouts as well as the full refurbishment and interior design of this high-end property. CMC were appointed to undertake the commercial management and contract administration of the project from inception to completion, including procuring the main contractor and commercially managing the onsite works. CMC have worked closely with the client’s design team to ensure the utmost quality is delivered at the best value for the Client.
