Refurbishment, re-model and extension to a terraced commercial property in the heart of Fitzrovia, London. The project included the complete strip out of all internal wall, floor and roof structure and subsequent re-build and high-end fit-out of new office space. CMC were appointed to undertake the commercial management of the project from inception to completion, including procuring the main contractor and commercially managing the onsite works.
