Heathervale House, Tunbridge Wells

Extensive refurbishment, re-model and extension to an existing commercial property in Tunbridge Wells. The project includes the complete strip out and de-construction of the building back to the existing concrete frame and subsequent re-build and Cat A fit-out of new office space. CMC are appointed to undertake the commercial management and contract administration of the project from inception to completion.
