Refurbishment and alteration of existing building to create 454 bed student accommodation. CMC were appointed upon acquisition of the site by our client to provide pre-planning cost advice. We worked closely with the client’s design team to look at various options for the configuration of the building. The property was eventually sold on to another developer.
