Part refurbishment, part new build mixed use scheme comprising 3nr new townhouses, 6nr apartments and 3nr B1 commercial units. Once completed it will provide a high quality mix of residential and commercial accommodation for the private rental market. CMC were appointed to undertake the Quantity Surveying and Project Management services through the life of the project and have worked alongside the design team in exploring the best layout and use for the scheme to maximise its value. The project is currently onsite and nearing completion.
