Super prime residential refurbishment of an attractive mid terrace mews property in Mayfair, London. The project comprised the re-modelling of the internal layout, and a full refurbishment to a high spec interior designed finish. CMC were appointed during the planning process to provide cost advice and to tender the project on a two stage tender process. Unfortunately the project was refused planning and was eventually put on hold.
