A new build private residential development of 73 apartments in the heart of Leicester City Centre. The aim once completed is to provide a mix of high quality one, two and three bedroom apartments for the private sale market. CMC were appointed pre-planning to provide cost advice to the client during the feasibility and early design stage up to planning. Currently the project is on hold.
