In Oct 2011, CMC were tasked with commercially managing the overlay works for 7 of the Olympic off-park venues. These included Hampton Court, Brands Hatch, Hadleigh Farm, Lee Valley, Royal Artillery Barracks, North Greenwich O2 Arena and the Excel exhibition centre. The overlay works generally involved, seating, tents and security measures; but during this short period of time we also carried out the procurement of the designers and then the Contractors to complete elements of the works ranging from £5,000 to £2,000,000, but totalling £68m across all 7 venues.
