Procurement
By working in tandem with the Client and the Design Team to understand their objectives, we are able to establish the best procurement route and form of contract on which the project should be progressed. Then a comprehensive set of tender documentation, tailored to our Clients’ specific requirements is produced. We will assist in the selection of the tendering contractors, to ensure that those with the right experience and importantly, work ethos are selected to provide a price return.
A full tender appraisal process of all tender returns is undertaken to ensure that as much cost certainty can be provided prior to project commencement and to ensure that our Clients’ interests and welfare are not put at any undue risk. This in depth tender analysis ultimately assists in the selection of the Principle Contractor for the Construction Stage.
