‘In our role as Project Manager for your project during the construction stage, we would undertake to provide the following:
- Project Lead and Co-ordination
- Project Reporting (Project Review, Consultant, Third Party Meetings)
- Effective communication and management of all stakeholders
- Identifying, Quantifying and managing the four key elements of project delivery,
Risk, Time, Quality (Design and Construction) and Cost.
