In the provision of our commercial management role on your projects, we would undertake and provide the following:
- Risk Management
- Value Management
- Cost Control
- Value Engineering
- Administration of Client Change Requests
- Administration of Main Contractor and Sub-Contractor contracts,
valuations, variations and final account - Internal Forecasting and Cost/Value Reporting
We can also subject to agreement, undertake the role of claims surveyor for the preparation or defence of any claims under the Contract.
