Claim Management
In the provision of our Claim management service we utilise both our experience of commercial management and project management/planning techniques to offer a wholly integrated claim production or defence, including the production of a fully comprehensive claim analysis/entitlement report; which can include:
- Full Contract Clause Review and Analysis
- Programme Analysis and Production (for example; prolongation cause and affect demonstration)
- Success of Claim Analysis
We can then progress, under instruction from our Client, the claim through to its conclusion.
The fee for the above can be charge on an hourly basis, or a fixed fee plus and percentage of the recovery figure.
