Construction Management Consulting were appointed by a Main Contractor to undertake a full SMM7 Bill of Quantities for the proposed City of Salford Stadium and Community Facilities development on behalf of the City of Salford and Salford City Reds Rugby League Football Club.

The project comprises a mixed use development including the 12,000 person minimum capacity stadium including full banqueting and conferencing facilities, and community training pitches including independent community changing facilities.

As part of CMC’s remit the overall Bill of Quantities consisted of 59 sub bills to align with the clients contract sum analysis, which not only covered the extensive groundwork’s / infrastructure/bridge works but also included all finishes and fit out works.
