Construction Management Consulting were appointed by ROK to undertake a full estimating service for the proposed works at the Little Court Nursing Home.

The project comprises of the demolition of an existing annexe, a new build extension, alterations and partial refurbishment of the nursing home which was to remain in live occupation throughout the project.

As CMC’s remit included the full tender process, we produced a bill of quantities, prepared tender packages which were sent out by ourselves on behalf of our client, full tender return analysis and presentation to our client.
