Construction Management Consulting were appointed to undertake a Development Appraisal for a site on Globe Road, London E1.
The proposed project would comprise of the demolition of an existing building and construction of a 4 storey building comprising a commercial unit and 11 residential dwellings.
As part of CMC’s remit the appraisal report profiles the financial viability of the proposed development, the new and resale market in the local and wider areas, prices and sales volumes of resale’s in the local market, an overview of active and recently completed developments and details existing housing supply as well as depicting current marketing information with regards to local education, transportation, and amenities.
