The Dylon project is the re-development of industrial land into a mixed use, high class development. Although this is currently in the feasibility stages, Construction Management Consulting were approached to undertake a detailed cost plan from the planning drawings in order to allow the Client to make an informed decision on how to progress the scheme further.
CMC are now in talks with the Client in relation to the provision of our professional services during the value engineering of this scheme through to undertaking of the client’s Quantity Surveyor role during the construction of the project.
