Following on from the success of the Barking Health Centre and the relationships built during the project, Construction Management Consulting played its part in the successfully negotiating with Liftco, the award of the Public Realm works to Miller Construction from Barking Council.

The project formed part of the Council’s wider regeneration project, with the awarded works incorporating high quality granite paving, the planting of mature trees, bespoke natural oak fencing, as well as the required street furniture.

Under the direction of Miller Construction our early involvement meant that we were able to provide cost advice as the design developed, which enabled the project to commence smoothly and ultimately complete to the client satisfaction.
